Today’s mantra: “Gird the will, stay the course and detach from the outcome.” Yesterday’s mantra was about manifestation. Magic happens to me — frequently b/c I believe in it — but rarely without my effort. When I stepped down from the helm of LLF, I left having taught an avg. class size of about 30 which = 1,000 students/month or 35% of the visits . When I started teaching at Freedom Seeker, I had a bit of (unknown) attachment to that lingering. Sure, often FSY is packed, but sometimes I have 2 students. I’ve had to wrap my brain around the fact that I am starting over in brand new energy. Yes, I will manifest thrving again, (b/c that’s how I roll). But in the mean time, with gratitude and love, I will graciously work my a$$ off and detach from the outcome. A favorite quote from the Bhagavad Gita, “Sri Krishna said: You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.” ‪#‎surrender‬ ‪#‎trusttheprocess‬ ‪#‎magic‬ ‪#‎yoga‬‪#‎yogaeverydamnday‬ ‪#‎yogaeveryday‬ ‪#‎bhagavadgita‬ ‪#‎girdthewill‬
